What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as items are unworn, in original condition, and have all tags/packaging.
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

To start a return, simply log in to your ShoeGuru account and request it through your order page.
Exchanges aren’t automatic — just return the item and place a new order for the size or style you want.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

How do I find the right shoe size?

We understand that finding the perfect fit is crucial! We recommend referring to our Size Guides linked on each product page, which includes detailed measurements and conversion charts. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us with your foot measurements, or pop into the Shoe Guru store and we'll be happy to assist you.
