We want you to love your new shoes, but if something is not right, we make returns easy.
Returns Window
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn (or damaged as received), in original packaging with tags attached.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email us within 2 business days so we can fix things quickly.
Keep the product and all packaging until the matter is resolved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7 business days.
You’ll get an email confirmation once the refund is complete.Your bank or card provider may take extra time to release the funds.

How to Return (Self‑Serve via Shopify)
1. Log in to your Shoe Guru account on our website.
2. Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order you’d like to return.
3. Click ‘Request Return’ next to the item(s).
4. Fill in your reason (and upload a photo if requested).
5. Wait for an approval email from our team.
6. Once approved, pack your item(s) securely with all original packaging and tags.
7.Send your return to our warehouse (address will be provided in your approval email).
8.Keep your return tracking number to ensure smooth processing.
Need help or checked out as a guest?
Email us at shoegurustives@gmail.com with your order number and return reason before sending anything back.
Return Shipping Costs
You cover the return postage for change‑of‑mind returns.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs once approved.
Exchanges
For the fastest swap, return the item and place a new order for the size or style you want.
